Brian Arra founded the Arra Insurance Agency in 2004 after being employed as an agent with another local insurance agency. Involved in all aspects of the agency with an emphasis on sales, Brian is licensed in Michigan as a property, casualty, life and health agent.

With his professional and personal experience as an employee, business owner, and power sports and recreational vehicle enthusiast, Brain is passionate about family time, friends, hunting, fishing, and helping people.

Brian serves on the board of directors for the Kalamazoo Chapter of The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). He is also on the communications and public relations committee for The Michigan Association of Independent Insurance Agents (MAIA). Brian volunteers as a mentor for the Kalamazoo County Drug Court. He is a veteran of The United States Navy and The Coast Guard Reserve. He has previously served as a facilitator for Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University and he also serves in several capacities as a volunteer at church.

Tracy Arra is involved in all aspects of the agency as a co-owner with an emphasis on customer service, accounting, and compliance. She is licensed in Michigan as a property and casualty agent. With her excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and her tenacious ability as a problem solver, Tracy is qualified to help with claims, home and auto policy sales, billing, and all other customer service needs.

Tracy graduated with honors from Kalamazoo Christian High School and The University of Evansville as well as completing additional teaching certification at Western Michigan University. Before becoming a licensed insurance agent, Tracy taught high school Special Education and Spanish. As a mother of three, Tracy is passionate about family time, friends, raising children and helping people. Tracy is kind, gentle, compassionate, and driven by strong desire to be successful in her endeavors.
